Nos han enviado esta carta desde la Asociación de Vuelo Libre Española (AVLE). Así que para los que no la conocíais que sirva esta esta entrada como presentación.
Tengo que reconocer que si bien he ido siguiendo la evolución de esta asociación desde sus inicios, no le había dedicado ningún espacio en la web hasta ahora. Sí había sido objeto de debate entre varios socios, sin llegar a más allá de discusiones de bar.

Carta abierta a pilotos de parapente y ala delta
Estimados compañeros de vuelo:
¿Os imagináis una Federación Española de Vuelo Libre que fomente nuestro deporte y nos proteja ante legislaciones restrictivas que ponen en peligro el vuelo libre?
¿Os imagináis una Federación Española de Vuelo Libre que vele por sus pilotos, por sus intereses, por su desarrollo, seguridad, formación continua apoyando a las escuelas y clubes en sus facetas didácticas y que dé apoyo y ayude a sus pilotos de competición?
¿Os imagináis una Federación Española de Vuelo Libre ayudando a las federaciones territoriales de vuelo libre a invertir tiempo y recursos en mejorar accesos a despegues, a acondicionarlos, señalizarlos y que elabore una guía a nivel nacional con todas las zonas de vuelo del país disponible en su web y en las oficinas de Turismo, como una actividad deportiva más, mediando en posibles litigios o problemas en zonas de vuelo con los dueños de los terrenos, con legislaciones o en problemas de cualquier otra índole?
¿Os imagináis una Federación Española de Vuelo Libre que negociara un seguro común para todos los pilotos que permitiera abaratar el precio de las licencias?
¿Os imagináis una Federación Española de Vuelo Libre que unifique criterios en todas las escuelas a nivel nacional para obtener titulación de piloto, de jueces, de pilotos de tándem, etc? Punto que por cierto, la EHPU (Unión Europea de Ala Delta y Parapente) va a empezar a requerir en breve a todos los miembros… Un temario único a nivel europeo, mismos criterios de examen …
¿Os imagináis una Federación Española de Vuelo Libre que facilite a todos los pilotos la IPPI Card ( International Pilot Proficiency Information ? En un futuro cercano, será el único carnet válido para volar en Europa; si vas de turismo al extranjero, tendrás que tenerla…
¿Os imagináis una Federación Española de Vuelo Libre, dependiendo directamente del Consejo Superior de Deportes, sin la RFAE por medio, sin compartir federación y recursos con distintas modalidades deportivas que nada tienen que ver con el vuelo libre?
¿Os imagináis una Federación Española de Vuelo Libre luchando junto a las demás federaciones de vuelo libre europeas por defender nuestro deporte de la mano de la EHPU (Unión Europea de Ala Delta y Parapente)?
La Asociación de Vuelo Libre española ( AVLE ) representa a España en dicho organismo, sencillamente, porque hemos sido los únicos que “hemos abierto la puerta” del diálogo con ellos, y ellos nos han visto como el colectivo de pilotos más representativo en España. Colaboramos con las federaciones de vuelo libre europeas en temas de legislación, espacios aéreos, seguridad, homologaciones, búsqueda de seguros comunes….
Todo esto que en principio parece utópico, en Europa es algo normal, es parte de la filosofía de vuelo.
Por esos motivos, y muchos otros más, desde AVLE estamos convencidos de que tenemos que unirnos AHORA, organizarnos, estructurarnos y presentar el resultado al Consejo Superior de Deportes para intentar conseguir una FEDERACIÓN ESPAÑOLA DE VUELO LIBRE.
AVLE nació para luchar por este objetivo. AVLE no tiene ningún otro interés que luchar por el bien de los pilotos en busca de este objetivo. El día que se consiga, AVLE dejará de existir. AVLE pasaría la pertenencia a la EHPU a esa Federación Española de Vuelo Libre. Pensamos que con el cariz que las cosas están tomando en Europa, España no puede permitirse el lujo de no pertenecer a ella.
Desde AVLE, pensamos que la mejor forma de poner en marcha este proceso es que individualmente los pilotos enviemos a nuestros clubes algo tan sencillo como un correo electrónico con copia a AVLE ( info@avle.org ) para que estos soliciten a su vez a las federaciones territoriales una reunión de todos para culminar dicho objetivo. En AVLE nos comprometemos a coordinar todo este cauce de solicitudes, con la meta final de unir a todos los pilotos, clubes, asociaciones a través de las federaciones territoriales en una reunión conjunta para debatir y en su caso llevar a cabo esta idea.
Por tu parte, como piloto, puedes ayudar difundiendo esta carta entre tus colegas y amigos de vuelo. Tú eres quien mejor puede extender esta idea…

Thanks for the sensible critique. Me & my neighbor were just preparing to do a little research on this. We got a grab a book from our area library but I think I learned more clear from this post. I’m very glad to see such great info being shared freely out there.
Things i have seen in terms of computer system memory is that often there are specs such as SDRAM, DDR or anything else, that must fit in with the specific features of the motherboard. If the pc’s motherboard is reasonably current and there are no main system issues, improving the storage space literally normally takes under 1 hour. It’s one of several easiest personal computer upgrade treatments one can imagine. Thanks for spreading your ideas.

A large percentage of of the things you say happens to be supprisingly precise and it makes me wonder why I had not looked at this with this light before. This article truly did switch the light on for me as far as this particular subject matter goes. I do enjoy the way you have presented this specific problem plus it really does offer us a lot of fodder for thought. On the other hand, from what I have personally seen, I simply just hope when the actual feedback stack on that folks continue to be on point and not embark on a tirade regarding some other news du jour. Anyway, thank you for this outstanding piece and although I do not go along with it in totality, I respect the perspective.
